Staying Orgainized
Figuring out who owns what machine is a priority.
Brent will put numbers on the machines for inventory purposes.
Parking Tickets were debuted: You have 14 days to deal with your stuff or its fair game for the dumpster if you see a red tag on your ticket.
Makerspace stuff needs to be organized, and shelves need to be put up.
Unpacking is still not done. Brant will blast email about a Sunday work party. Parking tags will be on stuff before then.
Meeting Notes: Will be posted on wiki. Need volunteers to take notes on Tuesday meetings.
Member photos are going to be put up outside the Laser Room
Golden Tee Game is going to be burned by Jim R. will be removed.
Brant had given Joe R. permission to bring it in, but it’s larger than expected and needs work
Brant is updating the wiki equipment list.
Forms on machines will also exist on Google Drive.
New Items being brought in my members and friends
If you have problems lifting your thing, you better ask for approval before you bring it in.
Tom is interested in taking a second mill so we can CNC one. Don’t need any more lathes
Gas Stove being offered. Need to run a gas line. If Keith pays for it then board does not object.
Membership issues:
No trading equipment for membership.
Group memberships: Wait until we need to decide something.
Family/Spousal Memberships:
Additional Family Member: 500 for a party. Unless someone comes up with the money, its not happening.
Brant is in charge of fundraising for the soft opening party. He’ll pass the hat on Tuesday at the meeting.
The party is now also a Potluck.
